General Return Policy

  • Oud N Aroma offers a 14-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products Damaged Upon Arrival

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Upon verification, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
